At Elevated Studioz, each item is custom handmade to order, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. By placing an order, you agree to the processing and shipping timeframes outlined below.
PROCESSING TIME: All orders are processed within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase and are customized and completed / shipped in the order they are received. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
SHIPPING TIME: Once your order has been completed and shipped, your order is estimated to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. USPS will update you with exact delivery date, We ship from California.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RUSH ORDER SERVICE: We do offer a rush order option for an additional fee at checkout. If order is needed before our standard 4 to 6 weeks timeframe rush is recommend. Rush orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks from your purchase date.

We Ship Worldwide (International orders) The client is responsible for all customs fees and taxes, if their country requires that.
We here at Elevated Studio we have software at checkout to ensure that customers input their correct shipping address. The software will offer a suggested shipping address or will have you approve & proceed with the original address provided. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipment. If order is marked as “Returned to Sender” & shipped back to us the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment for incorrect address.
